Will I Only Get 5 Star Reviews?
Not necessarily. We ask the reviewers to be honest and genuine in their reviews. That said, the reviews naturally end up higher than your usual customer reviews for the simple reason that often you'll only hear from your customers when they have complaints, while our reviewers are giving an honest and unbiased review.

Do I Have To Make My Offer Free?
Not at all. We highly recommend less than $2 for the best results. Remember, our reviewers are giving their time in exchange for free or heavily discounted products. It would be unfair to charge too high a price and ask their time as well.

Can I Ask The Reviewers To Leave Off The Disclaimer?
No. It is Amazon policy that reviews that are the result of either a free giveaway or a discount, must state so. To break this policy can put both the seller and the reviewers' accounts in danger of suspension. In addition, Amazon is very switched on when it comes to matching promotional customers with their reviews, and they simply delete them. What a waste of money that would be!

How Do I Post An Offer?
Once you have signed up for a seller account, here's how you post an offer to start getting reviews.

  1. Go to Account > Post Offer.
  2. Fill out the details and submit!
(Make sure you extract (unzip) your zip file of one-time coupon codes before uploading.)

What Happens After I Post An Offer?
Once you've posted your offer, reviewers will pretty quickly start to request a code. If you have chosen to have codes delivered automatically, you don't need to do anything. If you have chosen to give codes out manually, then every time a reviewer requests a code you will be sent an email with their Amazon profile URL and email address, and you can choose who you send a code to. You can give them all a promotional code, limit it to a certain number, or pick and choose by looking at the reviewer's Amazon profiles for a good match.

What Are My Responsibilities?
We ask that you respect our reviewers as you would any customer. This means not asking them to do anything that would jeopardize their account with Amazon, such as asking them to leave off a disclaimer, or bribing, intimidating or otherwise cajoling them to leave biased reviews.

What Will My Reviews Be Like?
There will be a variety of reviews, but most of our reviewers take their reviewing very seriously and will give you an in-depth review. Some will even post photos. We're very proud of the standard of reviews our reviewers give.
